In the aftermath of devastating Hurricane Sandy, members of SSMC Alumni Association Abroad went out on a rainy day to distribute household items to local residents of Far Rockway, New York.
Non-perishable food (worth about $1000), winter clothing (about 150 pieces, brand new courtesy of Mr. Jahangir), water, household items were distributed directly to the needy.
